Development and Safeguard Consultants Limited (DSCL) provides specialist services to Government agencies, non-profit-sector and private sectors. The company is established in 2018 with a team of professionals from social studies and research, urban development and urban planning.
The Lead professionals of DSCL have vast experience of working in mega infrastructure projects in Road and Rail Transport sector like National and Regional Highway, National and Regional Highway Railway, Bridges and Local Government sector.
DSCL closely work with clients in the area of project preparatory Technical Assistance (TA), Feasibility Study, Field Surveys/Investigations, Social Impact Assessment (SIA), Preparation and Implementation of Resettlement Action Plan (RAP), Preparation and Implementation of Income and Livelihood Restoration Plan (ILRP), Urban Planning and Designing, Area Development Planning, Master Plan Preparation for an Area, Documentation, Project Management and Monitoring etc.
